Kolbeinstveit old farmstead (Ryfylkemuseet), SuldalKolbeinstveit is an old farmstead, a living museum with farm animals and friendly hosts. A caretaker`s familiy lives on the museum farm in the summer, and livestock are still kept here. Exhibitions of arts and crafts, events and activities, light meals and refreshments.
Industrial Workers Museum and Åbøbyen (Ryfylkemuseet), SaudaÅbøbyen or Amerikanarbyen (the American town), as it is also called, is one of the best-preserved residential areas for industrial and office workers built during the establishment of energy-intensive industry in Norway.
