AIR by Bolder is located at Tvedtsenteret, Forus, a short 10 minute drive from downtown Stavanger and Sandnes. We offer free parking, indoor bike parking, locker room and shower facilities, secure lockers for valuables and large, comfortable areas for R&R.
AIR by Bolder is suited for any age, and made to meet everyone at their own level of experience and ambition, from beginners to world champions. We are an arena focused on personal development and empowerment, stimulating active lifestyles and conscious choices in every aspect of life, encouraging everyone to contribute to content creation and good atmospheres.
Climbing and bouldering
AIR by Bolder offers introduction- and brattkort courses, schools and classes and individual training facilities. A wide range of auto belay and rope climbing routes offers challenges suited for every kind of adventure climber. We also offer equipment sale and rental, with experienced instructors at the ready if needed, Our bouldering areas are varied and exciting, providing fun challenges for everyone.
Our parkour area keeps expanding, both in size and popularity. Parkour stimulates all forms of body movement and control, and is perfect for any age, sex or skill level. It’s easily and well combined with games and competitive challenges, and is a great way to work out.
High nets, activity nets and the AIR Jump
We offer a wide range range of very exciting high nets and activity nets, spanning from floor to roof levels. It provides a perfect mix of personal challenges and body control, and can be used for acrobatics, games and adventure runs. They effectively turn adults into children and children into super heroes, and remains one of our most popular features. It’s finished off with the AIR Jump; a high jump on an air pillow for the ultimate thrill.
Highropes, via ferrata and zipline*
For the extra brave we offer specially designed and challenging high ropes and a daring via ferrata located right under the roof top. The via ferrata is finished off with a 50 meter zip line for the adrenaline junkies. The highropes are very modern, heavily focused on safety features and exit options and contain a wide array of physical challenges in two separate heights.

Trampoline court, multicourt and fitness area*
Our trampoline court is unlike most other trampoline courts. It’s completely modular, and can be rearranged and rebuilt for obstacles runs, mazes and matches of any kind. It’s perfect for both individual training and team sports. Our multicourt is also modular, and can be set up for basketball or any type of ball game, dancing, shows or games. Our fitness area will be designed to focus on core exercises and workouts needed to empower yourself for both indoor and outdoor activities.
