Only a little bit hungry? Or just a bit thirsty? At Eigra kitchen & bar you can sit down for a good while and enjoy a good meal, or simply have a drink or two before you head back out. Our menu is designed so that you can pick out your starters and main courses, add all the tasty sauces and garnishes you’d like, and share them with the ones you’re with. Or you can just sit back and relax and let the chef whip up a delicious three or five course meal. Whatever you decide, we will make sure your dining experience will be delightfully tasty and enjoyable. At Eigra we have an open kitchen with charcoal grill. You get closer to the chef and can see the food being prepared right in front of you. Come as you are, any day of the week.
Focusing on the very best ingredients of the season, we will give you delicious and nutritious food on the table. Our inspiration very much draws from local Norwegian produce, and we use modern techniques to give you a pleasant and exciting dining experience. Let us tempt you with fresh, crispy vegetables from Jæren, fish and shellfish from local fishermen and all different types of meat, both cured and fresh, from local farmers and producers. We do our very best lift local farmers, food and beverage producers from this incredible region of ours.
