Season: June – September. Rising 1,084 metres above the Lysefjord, Kjerag is the tallest peak of them all. This massive mountain has for ages been admired from the fjord, however during the last few years, it has become increasingly more popular to hike up to the actual mountain plateau. Most people is satisfied with taking in the mesmerising views from the top of the mountain, however for some hikers the highlight seems to be taking one’s photo on the Kjerag boulder, this round chunk of a rock wedged into the crack of the mountain. Kjerag has also become a popular goal for mountain climbers and base jumpers.
The drone video "Kjerag from the air" is made by 17 year old Simen Haughom from Norway. Now the video has been viewed over 100 million times on different Facebook pages. . Many big Facebook pages have published the video, and Chaosmos' version of the video is now seen by 40 million: https://www.facebook.com/officialchaosmos/videos/1764407977169276/ Link to my Facebook-page "Sirdal i bilder" https://www.facebook.com/ilovesirdal/videos/897825717009509/ To use this video in a commercial player or in broadcasts, please email email@example.com
